World class coaching designed to make you a stronger and faster athlete.
Our coaches seek to deliver world class coaching backed by years of experience and principle-based training. Our groups are kept small to ensure coaching eyes on every athlete.
Become a better overall athlete by building athletic qualities you can't get by just playing your sport.
We track your speed, power output, and strength metrics to ensure you are actually getting better. No guess work here.
We understand how frustrating it can feel as an athlete to work hard in training without seeing the results on the field. Our training is never random but built off scientific principles to give you measurable results.
We have been coaching athletes for nearly a decade preventing injuries and making them faster and stronger. Our story is similar to what many of our athletes face, spending a lot of time on conditioning with little focus on strength, speed, and power. This left a lot of athletic potential untapped and left us at a greater risk for injury. This is why APG was started.
We do this because of our passion to create an environment for all athletes to grow mentally and physically.
How do I get started?
Book a Discovery Call to share with us your athlete's goals and learn more about what we offer. From there, book your Athlete Assessment to get started.
What ages do you work with?
4th grade through collegiate level athletes.
Should athlete’s train in season?
Yes. Most sports seasons are now year-long. Training only during a short off-season can leave a lot of potential untapped. Training during the season is crucial to maintaining strength and speed. Within our small group and semi-private sessions, we moderate volume and intensity based on the athlete's overall sport load.
Do you offer private training?
Yes. We offer Private and Semi-private training sessions (2-4 athletes). Fill out the contact sheet on the “Contact Us” page to learn more.
Can I try a class for free?
We do an initial athlete assessment to help determine areas for improvement for the athlete, set goals, and determine appropriate next steps.
Do you do Sports Specific Training?
Playing your sport alone will not make you a better overall athlete. This is where we come in. Our training is principle-driven and designed to give you the edge you are missing.
How frequently should an athlete train?
Athletes should be involved in a strength and conditioning program for the majority of the year. Most athletes attend training 2-3x per week. 1x per week is generally recommended during busy sports seasons.
What does a training session look like?
Each session lasts for 1 hour. After a targeted warm-up, the first half of class is spent on Speed/Agility and the second half is spent on Strength Development specific to athletes.
