Semi-private training is the highest quality training you can get. Our groups are 2-4 athletes and the programming is individualized to that athlete. This is for committed and advanced athletes only, who are looking to really push the needle forward. (8th grade and up)
Our philosophy on training is quality movement over maxes. This means we take our coaching very seriously. We limit the group sizes so the coaches can give adequate attention to each athlete to ensure quality movement.
We believe all athletes can benefit from increasing their speed and power. Our training methods utilize both speed and strength training. Each session will spend approximately half the session on each modality. We track everything to ensure each athlete is getting both faster & stronger.
We design our programs to create strong and resilient athletes as a whole. Sports are chaotic and you never know what you will experience. We desire to push the athletes in a way that not only makes them less prone to injury, but also encourages a strong mentality.
